Apple released iPhone 6 in some markets around the world few days ago but it's not available in Kuwait yet but it's expected to be available starting from the 19th of September.
The reason why there isn't any specific release date is that there is a big competition between Electronic companies in Kuwait so we can't tell yet which store will get it first.
As for the price, the first "iPhone 6" will be sold for about 280 KD while the "iPhone 6 Plus" will be sold for about 350 KD and that's because the available quantities will be limited.
But as usual, the price will decrease few weeks later.
