Last Friday, we were invited to the newly opened Lebanese Restaurant "Mijana" on the Arabian Gulf Road after we already mentioned earlier that they will be opening soon. That was the very first day for the restaurant to welcome the public in there.
Mijana is not a new brand in Kuwait whereby it already has a branch in Souq Al Kout in Fahaheel but no doubt that opening a new branch in such a vibrant location will take the restaurant to another level.
The restaurant is big in terms of space, neat, calm, fresh and embraced with an overwhelming comfortable ambiance especially with the beautiful sea view surrounding the place. Mijana restaurant is also divided into two sections which are the smoking and nonsmoking sections.
Regarding the menu, it is a classical Lebanese menu with all Lebanese food options that you can imagine ... Cold and Hot Appetizers, Soups, Salads, Grills, Seafood, Traditional Dishes and many more.
We ordered Mixed Grill Platter, Kabab Bil Laban Platter, Tawouk With Herbs Platter, Hummus Mijana, Mijana Salad, Spicy Potato, Mixed Pastries, Lemonade and Orange Juice.
The salad was fresh and unique, Hummus Mijana was a different super yummy version of Hummus, Spicy Potato was so tasty, Mixed Pastries were mouthwatering and all the main platters were great. The meat and chicken items were all grilled to perfection and served perfectly. Nevertheless, don't miss their drinks especially the Lemonade.
As a start, Mijana Restaurant impressed us and we are willing to also try other options in the menu later on. Just take a look at the photos below and they will say it all.
Mijana Restaurant is located on the Arabian Gulf Road right after swimming pools Complex, its is very suitable for gatherings and families, has a nice relaxing sea view and a very friendly helpful staff. If you didn't visit Mijana yet, plan a visit soon and enjoy!
