One of proudest moments for Ajial Real Estate and Entertainment Company has been the construction of the Ajial Mall Fahaheel in 2003.
Well equipped with modern facilities and amenities, Ajial Mall is considered one of the key projects executed by Ajial.
It is built on a 6,000 square meter plot with a total built up area of approximately 24,000 square meters. With ample retail and office space, it also houses food and beverage offerings as well as cinema theaters and a children’s entertainment center.
Ajial Mall was completed and fully rented in 2003.
Facilities
The complex’s structure is designed to accommodate a ground floor with three upper floors.
The ground floor contains the retail shops along with some food and beverage offerings.
The first floor has retail shops along with four cinema theaters, a food court area, and a children’s entertainment center.
The second and third floors are exclusively rented out to commercial offices.
The complex is well designed with an open car lot providing ample parking space and easy accessibility.
