MTV Lebanon announced that its channel will be organizing and hosting Miss Lebanon beauty pageant next year instead of LBC that did that for many years.
The decision was made by the Ministry of Tourism according to the interview of the current Tourism Minister Avedis Guidanian on MTV.
They promised to organize a Lebanese beauty pageant with high international standards and promised to let Miss Lebanon be different next year.
Note that Miss Lebanon 2017 already took place last month and the crown was won by Perla El Helou that most people supported and considered the result very fair.
