Medium size piece of Lgeimat contains 70 calories, calories will be more if the Lgeimat is big and will be less if it is small in size.
To prepare Lgeimat, take a cup of flour, 2 spoons milk, 2 spoons flour, 1 small spoon instant yeast and salt. Add water to the mixture until it becomes soft and then leave it in a warm place for half an hour.
After that, shape the Lgeimat into small balls and fry them in deep oil and when they are done, place them in sugar syrup and then they are ready to serve.
Lgeimat are also known as "Loqmat Al Qadi", "Owwama" and some call it "Owwaymat".
